Generators

Our mobile facilities carry an on-board generator. Many venues are equipped with power points fed from the National Power Grid. The combination of the National Power grid and our on-board generators ensure power at all times.
In addition, we have a range of generators from 3.5 kVA up to 100 kVA to cope with most situations where mobile power is required.

100 kVA
Vehicle Mercedes Benz single chassis.
Output 380 volt 3 phase i.e. 220 volt per phase.
Frequency 50 Hz stabilized.
Power outlets A combination of Marachel 125A, 63A and 32A 3
phase outlets plus 15A single-phase outlets.
Noise Fully “blimped”.
Fuel Diesel - 3 to 5 days of continuous usage.

50 kVA
Vehicle Built into PX containers. These can be transported by any vehicle equipped to load standard PX containers.
Output 380 volt 3 phase i.e. 220 volt per phase.
Frequency 50 Hz stabilized.
Power outlets A combination of Marachel 125A, 63A and 32A 3 phase outlets plus 15A single phase outlets.
Noise Fully “blimped”.
Fuel Diesel - 3 to 5 days of continuous usage.

32 kVA
Vehicle Mercedes Benz single chassis with load box.

15 kVA
Vehicle 4 x 4 off road vehicles.
Output 380 volt 3 phase i.e. 220 volt per phase.
Frequency 50 Hz stabilized.
Power outlets A combination of Marachel 125A, 63A and 32A 3 phase outlets plus 15A single phase outlets.
Noise Fully “blimped”.
Fuel Diesel - 24 hours continuous running.

3.5 kVA
Vehicle Portable.
Output 220 volt single phase.
Frequency 50 Hz stabilized.
Power outlets 15A single phase outlets.
Noise Semi “blimped”.
Fuel Petrol.

Synchroniser
The synchronizer unit connects up to 5 generators together on a common power bus. The unit senses the load and will start, synchronize and then bring the additional capacity on-line. As the load decreases, the unit will take one of the generators off-line and then shut it down.

Various parameters can be adjusted so that there is sufficient capacity to cope with varying loads including the failure of a generator. One of the generators can be nominated for “overnight power”. As the load is switched off at night, the nominated generator will continue running to provide lights, battery charging etc. Once again, the system will start-up the designated standby unit in case of failure of the over night generator.
